PRODUCTION PROCESS

1.       MODEL DESIGN

With customer-specific solutions, we ensure that your corporate fashion solution fits our corporate identity perfectly. Your needs and wishes are always our priority. We model the products to be used for your desiresby choosing the fabric according to the need and area of use as well asthe most suitable ancillary material accessories whilemaking technical drawings in a digital setup.

2.       PATTERNS - DRAWING SYSTEM & CUTTING

We draw, save, and archive selected models in a computer setup by using the CAD system. We cut the drawings, which are printed out with the help of a plotter, by laying fabric in a fully automatic marker machine. We number each piece of cut products one by one in order to prevent color and size mix-ups.

3.       PRINTING & EMBROIDERY

Your brand is the representation of your corporate values. For this reason, it is imperative that we apply your company logo in the most perfect way on your workwear. Your clothes with the company logo will help to strengthen the recognition of your brand.

Printing: We select the printing technique according to the type of the product as well asthe fabric to be printed and present it for your approval.

Embroidery: We embroider the patterns we prepare with the program called Accurate on fabric with fully automatic embroidery machines. 

4.       SEWING

        

Cut, printed and embroidered pieces of fabric are sewn together by our expert staffwith fully automatic and special machines depending on the demands and work orders by performing interim checks to minimize the risk of error.

5.       QUALITY CONTROL

We check all the details of the sewn products before the ironing and packaging for errors that have been overlooked during the intermediate controls. We know that success lies in the smallest details for quality results.

6.       IRONING & PACKAGING FINISH

Once the products pass the quality control, they are ironed one by one after buttonholes,  bartack, and snap fastener are taken care of. Then they are packedand got ready for shipment after the parcels are labeled (Company name, product, size, number, order number, etc.).

7.       SHIPPING

We deliver your products to the desired addresses.
